Andrew King, CEO
A chartered engineer, naval architect and MBA with over thirty years commercial knowledge Andrew has a wealth of experience in establishing training solutions on the world stage. Responsible for the development of the company since it's inception he is a passionate advocate for Britain's Energy Coast and the skills / education needed to underpin the low carbon and renewable energy revolution.
When relaxing, Andrew spends time with his children or walking Penny, the family bulldog. A keen Portsmouth FC supporter, he has also developed a strong interest in rugby league since moving to the area and is keen to see a Super League franchise in Cumbria very soon.
John Dyson, Operations Director
John has directed a number of major projects over the past 23 years, mainly with military systems engineering and associated training in both the UK and abroad. Prior to this he worked as a systems engineer in both the RAF and subsequently as a civilian with Plessey Systems and GEC Marconi.
John is married and has one adult son. A native of Yorkshire he is a keen sports fan, following both Huddersfield Town and the Giants and enjoys walking the West Cumbrian coast between real ale pubs.
Paul Connor, Director of Training & Education
Paul started his working life in engineering, completing an aircraft technician apprenticeship before going on to gain his degree and work as an engineering manager, both in the Royal Navy. He moved into Adult Education in the mid 90's and since then has both delivered training and education in engineering subjects, and has managed training and education across a multitude of industry sectors in the UK and Australia, gaining an MA in Education and an MEd along the way. He returned to the UK to join ENERGUS in October 2008, enthused by the prospect of being able to contribute to the skills development on Britain's Energy Coast.
Paul is married, has a 9 year old daughter, and in his leisure time enjoys the delights of real ale, Indian food and is an avid Liverpool supporter.
